Before launching my advisory practice, I spent decades scaling high-performance technical organizations to capture market share and dominate complex wellbore construction operations.
As a Senior Petroleum Engineering Consultant for Saudi Aramco, I served as a top technical authority, founding and leading a core Drilling Technology Center of Excellence in Houston, Texas, that drove strategic localization initiatives targeting $59MM in annual supply chain cost reductions.
During my 23-year tenure at Halliburton Baroid, my operational footprint included directing the commercial strategy for a $550MM Invert Emulsions global product line, managing international technical services and laboratory operations across three continents, and overseeing technical operations for up to 180 active rigs concurrently across high-stakes US-unconventional basins. Most recently, I have directed global technology implementation and advanced fluids deployment for venture-backed Geomechanical Pumped Storage (GPS) and extreme geothermal assets.
